Hire students who want to work for you

Meet college students who already liked your job, each with a resume tailored to it. In return you answer every match within 5 days.

How does it work?

Pick the schools you recruit at and post your jobs. Students swipe on them. When a student likes your job you see their resume tailored to it, and if you like them back it is a match. You then have 5 days to reply.

Which students can I reach?

Students who sign in with a .edu email at the schools you pick. You see the students who liked your job. Career center staff see school totals, never student names.

What counts as a reply?

A message, an interview invite or a no with a reason. Any of them counts. A fast no helps a student more than silence.

Why is my reply rate shown to students?

Students want to know who answers. Your score comes from timestamps inside the app, and you agree to it before your first job goes up. A new score stays private for 7 days, and you can dispute a match that counted unfairly within 14 days.

How do you verify employers?

If your sign in email matches your company website, you are verified right away. Otherwise a person reviews your company before students see your jobs.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. After that there is a free plan and paid plans with more open jobs and tools like reply templates and interview scheduling. Paying never changes your score, your deadline or which students you can see.
